
Energy Body
First of all : if your world-view has you believing that you're only your physical body then allow me to stretch your mind a bit. You're so much more than that! In fact there's a multitude of layers to your being.
There is a constant movement happening inside you-one that shapes how you feel, think and experience life. In yoga they call it ''PRANA'' aka Life Force. In Chinise traditions they call it ''QI''. In shamanic traditions they call it ''SPIRIT''.
I like to refer to it as ''ENERGY''.

In yoga and somatic science, this isn’t just philosophy-it’s something you can sense, influence, and work with.
Wherever word you choose to use doesn't really matter. What matters is that you're not aware of this then it's about time to change that!
Because before you understand your energetic system you'll never know how to become the most embodied, magnetic and free version of yourself.

​Yes , yes I know. I used to think that too, til I got my mind absolutely blown when I learned to FEEL that on my own self. But you might like to ask questions and get a explanation for how things work. I know I do, so let's dig into the yogic science.

From a scientific perspective, your body runs on electrical and chemical signals. Your brain communicates through neurons, your heart generates an electromagnetic field, and your breath directly affects your nervous system.
In yogic language, this same aliveness is called prana aka the life force that flows through you (isn't that so poetic)

Same, same different language :
You body is not just flesh and bones - it's constantly listening, memorising and communicating to the world around you. Reacting to your habits , thoughts and subtle signals you're receiving.
​
In fact you're a system that's so much more complexed than just your physical shape. But everything you hold inside will have a affect on your shape.
​
There's few big bosses playing a key role, directing how you experience and move through life.

The Invisible Force Behind Your Choices- the holy grail aka your subconscious

What if I told you that 95% of your life is run by your subconscious mind?
That’s the part hidden behind your thinking mind. Ever wondered why making changes in your life can feel like such a drag?

Because the iceberg - the real control center of how you move through life is programmed in a certain way.
And often, that programming isn’t aligned with what you consciously say you want to experience.

On the surface, it can look like:

“I just have bad taste in partners”
“I don’t know why I keep people-pleasing”
“I’m just not ready yet”
“Money is just hard for me”
“I wish I could express myself, but…”

Blablabla, name your story. It feels like personality.
But it’s not - it’s programming.
​
And those programs live deeper than conscious thought. Your subconscious mind is like the operating system running in the background. You don’t see it, but it influences almost everything: your reactions, habits, emotional patterns, beliefs, and even what feels “normal” or “safe” to you.
​
Neuroscience shows that the brain is constantly creating automatic pathways based on repetition and past experiences. The more something is repeated (a thought, emotion, behavior, or belief ) the stronger that neural pathway becomes. In simple words: your brain gets efficient at becoming ''you''.
​
So if you grew up around stress, criticism, unpredictability, or emotional unavailability, your nervous system may have learned that those states are familiar. And the subconscious mind loves what is familiar even when it’s a shitty place.
That’s why people can unknowingly recreate the same relationships, fears, or self-sabotaging patterns over and over again.
The subconscious is trying to keep them inside what it recognizes as “safe.”
The wild part?
Your subconscious mind doesn’t really know the difference between what is good for you and what is simply familiar to you.
Which means you can consciously desire peace, love, abundance, confidence, or freedom…
while subconsciously being wired for survival, fear, shrinking, or proving yourself.

It’s like pressing the gas pedal and the brake at the same time.

The great news is: You can change that!

Whats all the fuzz with the nervous system?​​
​
At the core of your experience is your nervous system.
It’s always asking one question:
“Am I safe?”
Based on the answer, it shifts your state. What is interpreted as ''safe'' is programmed into your sub cons. Meaning: familiar! (not actually safe).

NS has two states and both of them are necessary.
​
Sympathetic (fight or flight): alert, activated, slightly dramatic
Parasympathetic (rest and digest): calm, grounded, capable of healing
​
When it’s balanced, you feel clear, present, connected and calm.
When it’s overwhelmed (and with all the info constantly being thrown at as, tell me who's not), it can get stuck in survival mode.
​
And here’s the part most people don’t realize:
Your nervous system responds to perceived threat.
So yes, you can be:

walking to work
posting on social media
having a conversation with your partner
​
…and still feel like you need to run for your life. Heart racing. Jaw tight. Body tense.
​
No tiger. Just thoughts and reactions.
​
Now, let's make sense of the energy. The nadis: your energetic highway
​
Nadis are subtle energy channels that carry prana (your life-force energy ) throughout the body. When energy flows freely, we feel balanced, grounded, creative, and connected. But when the nadis become blocked, life can start feeling… sticky.
Repetitive patterns, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, exhaustion, overthinking, people-pleasing - all the fun human experiences.
Your subconscious mind and nervous system play a huge role in making that happen. And the great news is- you can also impact them by clearing out your nadis.

As we talked about : subconscious stores old patterns, beliefs, emotional memories, and survival responses. So if your nervous system has been living in stress mode for years, your body starts acting like there’s a tiger behind every email notification.

The result?
Your nadis get blocked and your energy starts to stagnate. Imagine it as a river- if you throw punch of rubbish into it the can't move freely, becomes dirty and stinky. Same same inside of you.

And when you clear out these block, your energy becomes pure again. Starts to move freely. Meaning- you don't need to be stuck in the same old stories and patterns forever. Clearing them out from your system has a ripple effect on your entire life.

“Blocked energy” is not some mysterious force working against you.​

You’ve probably heard this phrase...And it really does. Through the subconscious, nervous system and your energetic body.

Your body is not just responding to the present moment. It is also shaped by your past.
Every experience you’ve had- especially the ones that felt intense, overwhelming, or unresolved leaves an imprint. Not just in your thoughts, but in your energetic and physical body.

The patterns of your experiences: rejection, abandonment, stress, heartbreak, fear shape your habits, how you operate on daily basis and who you become as a human.
Energy gets stuck because at the time, your system didn’t feel safe enough to fully process what happened.
So instead of completing the experience, it adapted and pushed it way down.
